Any transaction you enter into with us through our website: is entered into with Belle Mode Reve Limited. Information you provide to us either on our website, by e-mail or through any other means of communication is held by Belle Mode Reve Limited.
We may change our website and correct, or update, information (including product information) at any time- without prior notice. Except with regard to the descriptions of products available for order, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any information in regards to colour on the website as colours and fabric appearance can be affected by lighting. Please note that if you are ordering from our old collections there may be changes and differences in availability. Please contact us for more information before ordering.
Please note all items are subject to a 10 working day production lead time as all our items are made to order. The 10 days commence from the next working day after you place your order.
If you choose the Express Production option, your order will be made within 3-5 working days.
Your shipping timescales are based your location and the option you chose at the check out point. Please refer to your oder confirmation for delievery timesscales.
If you need your order within a shorter time frame please alert us as soon as possible and we will confirm whether we can accommodate your request. This service will come with an additional cost.
If an item sells out we will take it off our website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the
e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that it replaces. Substitutions will only be made with your consent.
We have taken great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible but the images you see will, of course, depend on the display and colour capabilities of your viewing equipment. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that the product images you see are a totally accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling.
We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change in the applicable VAT rate and will do our best to ensure that prices are always correctly shown.
How do I return an item?
We try to process orders quickly. Because of this we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations or exchanges. There are no returns. All sales are final.If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. For damages/defects, please attach a photo. We will generate a return postage package for you to ship the item back to us. Please note that we can only provide pre-paid return postage packages for orders within the UK. Should your replacement product be out of stock, we will send out your replacement item as soon as we have more. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used. If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and send you the return label for you to send the wrong item back to our warehouse.
Shipping cost refund?
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges. Please note international shipping fees have varied terms and conditions. See below.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that if we cover your shipping costs for any reason and it exceeds £50 this will be deducted from your refund amount. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing. For international orders shipped via Royal Mail, DHL or ParcelForce, once the package leaves US or UK soil, the US or UK carrier does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in its destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the item packaged and delivered.
