RETURNS POLICY

 

 

 

 

 

Customer Service

 

Customer service is of premier importance to us at Belle Mode Reve. Your confidence in us and the service we  provide is our number one priority. We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we make in the interest of efficiency:

As each item is made to order, it takes a great deal of invaluable time and effort to construct each garment, therefore all sales are final. Any unwanted items should be shipped back and  following reciept we will offer an exchange or store credit for a future purchase. Store credits must be used within 3 months of your original purchase.

 

Reminder: Each customer is required to provide proof of postage and or a tracking code for the item being sent back.

Conditions:

 

When sending our pieces back, the item MUST  unworn , with no marks, all tags must be visible and the item must be returned in a saleable condition. Belle Mode Reve will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been in a faulty condition, the customers should notify us (by email) on the same day if they wish to return the goods.

 

Belle Mode Reve will be not be able to refund the postage of any items from our offices.

Custom Orders & Express 24 hour orders

In order to promote fairness and efficiency, custom orders which were made to your specifications or express production items that were made within 24 hours - 72 hours there will be a £50 charge. This will be deducted from the store credit or from the price of the item you wish to exchange to.

Important Notes:

 

All items must be returned to us in their original condition. With this in mind, please follow the instructions below – failure to do so may result in Belle Mode Reve being unable to accept a return.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned for an exchange if the protective seal is still intact.

Shipping cost refund?

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or exchanges. Please note international shipping fees have varied terms and conditions. See below.  ​​

​International Shipping?

 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that if we cover your shipping costs for any reason and it exceeds £50 this will be deducted from your refunded store credit. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing. For international orders shipped via Royal Mail, DHL or ParcelForce, once the package leaves US  or UK soil, the US or UK carrier does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in its destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the item packaged and delivered. Please note that we can are not responsible for any goods delayed in Customs, please refer to your tracking code for updates.

 

STATUTORY RIGHTS

 

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day you receive your order) to notify us of an intended return. In this case, we will provide exchange or store credit options. All exchanges and returns must be concluded within 14 days. Following this period we are not able to assist further.
